Overnight Chase Ends With Suspect's Car Over Hill In Green Tree

GREEN TREE (KDKA) - Police are still searching for the driver who led them on a wild chase that ended in Green Tree early Tuesday morning.

The chase started just after midnight along Parkway West. State troopers monitoring the construction zone noticed a silver sedan enter the area at a high rate of speed.

Troopers attempted to stop the car, but it took off down the Parkway West. The car eventually ended up on Pocono Drive, where it struck a wooden fence.

The car continued through the fence and rolled down a wooded embankment. The driver of the car fled the scene and police are still searching for him.

Three young women were trapped inside the car and screamed for help at the scene.

Naquala Crosby, 19, was taken to Allegheny General Hospital, where she was treated and released. Tyra Clancy and Daquayla Cunningham, both 18, were taken to UPMC Mercy Hospital for treatment.

State police learned that Clancy was wanted on an arrest warrant out of Beaver County. She was treated and transported to the Allegheny County Jail on the robbery warrant.
