One person killed in stabbing below Panther Hollow Bridge

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - A 17-year-old was killed in a stabbing underneath the Panther Hollow Bridge in Schenley Park. 

Police were called to the area in Schenley Park around 12:30 a.m. for reports of an aggravated assault and when they arrived, they found a 17-year-old who had been stabbed in the chest. 

He was taken to the hospital in critical condition and ultimately died there. 

Pittsburgh Police's violent crime unit is investigating.
