Officials: Texas Officer Tried To Feed Fecal Sandwich To Homeless Person
SAN ANTONIO (KDKA) -- A police officer in San Antonio has been fired for allegedly trying to feed a fecal sandwich to a homeless person.
According to My San Antonio, the officer reportedly placed fecal matter between two piece of bread and gave it to a homeless person.
"This was a vile and disgusting act that violates our guiding principles of 'treating all with integrity, compassion, fairness and respect,' Chief William McManus said.

The alleged incident happened in May, when five-year veteran Matthew Luckhurst bragged to another policeman that he had "picked up some feces, placed it in a slice of bread, and put it in a Styrofoam container next to the unknown homeless male."
The other officer asked Luckhurst to go back and throw it away, and he assumed that's what Luckhurst did.
The incident was reported to Internal Affairs in July. Police Department officials have not been unable to locate the homeless man.
Luckhurst's lawyer claims the entire alleged incident was a joke, and it didn't really happen.
