Police say everything needed to make meth was inside his motel room, but it wasn't a functioning meth lab. Still, authorities were seen wearing gas masks at the scene.

While searching the room, police say Baker ran away.  He was later found hiding inside a boat at self storage facility next door.

Police say Baker was wanted out of Illinois.

Stay with KDKA for more on this developing story.
