Medical Examiner: 93-Year-Old Pittsburgh Woman Dies From Hypothermia

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- An elderly Pittsburgh woman died from hypothermia earlier this week.

The Allegheny County medical examiner's office says 93-year-old Margaret Gottlieb was found unresponsive at a home on Elsie Street on Neville Island around 12:15 a.m. Monday.

Gottlieb was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead just after 7:30 a.m.

The medical examiner determined the cause of death to be hypothermia.
