NCIS Star Coming To Pittsburgh For "Girls Rock Science"

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – "NCIS: Los Angeles" star Renee Felice Smith will be coming to town to help get girls excited about science and technology.

Felice Smith is headlining the Girls Rock Science event at the Carnegie Science Center Oct. 3 and 4.

The event is aimed at introducing girls to STEM, or science technology engineering and math, fields.

Felice Smith plays intelligence analyst Nell Jones on "NCIS: Los Angeles."

In addition to Felice Smith, many professionals from various STEM professions will be at the science center to host demonstrations and provide information.

Girls are also encouraged to bring projects from previous STEM competitions.
