Murrysville Brush Fire Stretches Across Several Acres

MURRYSVILLE (KDKA)  - Volunteer fire departments helped to put out a sizable brush fire in Murrysville on Saturday.

Officials say it started in the area of Bolinger Road because a resident was burning newspapers.

Four different volunteer fire departments showed up to battle the blaze.

Around five to six acres were involved in the fire.

No structures were in the way, and only brush was burned before the fire was put out.
