Munhall Firefighters Rescue Puppy Stuck In Vent

MUNHALL (KDKA) -- Volunteer firefighters were called to an unusual rescue over the weekend.
A puppy is now safe and sound because of their work to free the animal when it got stuck in a vent.
Crews were able to cut a pipe and rescue the little white pup.
The rescue just cleared up from assisting 200 with a dog stuck in a vent. Crews cut the return pipe and was able too rescue the dog. The dog is now safe and happy to be free.

Firefighters did not say how the dog managed to get itself into the predicament, but did say it was happy to be free.
