Multiple People Injured After PAT Bus Rear-Ended

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Multiple people are hurt after a PAT bus was rear-ended by a dump truck.
First responders have confirmed that a bus was hit at the intersection of 33rd Street and Penn Avenue.
They say seven people were transported to the hospital.
A Port Authority employee reports that the driver was also taken to the hospital for treatment.
Photos show an ambulance on the scene.
Photos also show the front of the dump trunk smashed in.
It happened around 3 p.m. this afternoon.
