More Rain & Storms Expected To Impact Area Tuesday

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Showers and some thunderstorms will continue to affect the western Pennsylvania region today.

According to KDKA-TV Meteorologist Dennis Bowman, most areas have had over an inch of rain, so far, with additional downpours to follow.

This afternoon, some thunderstorms may have some gusty winds and hail as a cold front makes its approach.

The high today will be just 76 degrees. Tonight, the storms will diminish to a couple of showers with a low of 61 degrees.

Showers will basically leave the area Wednesday morning with some afternoon sun and a cool high of 72 degrees.

Fortunately, the only real chance at flooding over the next day or so would be in poor drainage areas.
