Monessen To Hold Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
MONESSEN (KDKA) -- The City of Monessen will be holding a Christmas tree lighting ceremony later this month.
The ceremony is set to take place on Saturday, November 28 at 6:00 p.m. outside the Monessen Police Station.
Anyone wishing to attend is asked to wear a mask and exercise social distancing.
Monessen Mayor Matt Shorraw says that he "hopes this event will bring joy to many people after the difficult year we have all endured."
