McKees Rocks Teen Found Safe

MCKEES ROCKS (KDKA) - Police in McKees Rocks have located 19-year-old Kendrick Rivers safe.

Rivers went missing at approximately 2 p.m. Friday afternoon.

Rivers is deaf, according to police, and communicates through sign language and writing.
