Report: Missing Girl In Butler Co. Safely Returns Home

PARKER TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – A missing girl in Butler County reportedly returned home Wednesday morning.

According to a Butler Eagle report, Lexis Walker, 15, returned home around 9 a.m. Walker was not injured and police planned to talk with her about what happened.

Walker disappeared around 9 p.m. Monday along Locust Lane in Parker Township.

State police and the fire department spent the morning and early afternoon hours searching for her on the ground and from the air in a helicopter.

Walker apparently disappeared in a wooded area while playing horseshoes.

The search for the teen was called off early Tuesday afternoon.
