State police locate missing 14-year-old boy from Dunbar Township

DUNBAR TOWNSHIP, Pa. (KDKA) -- Pennsylvania State Police have located a missing 14-year-old boy from Dunbar Township. 

Police said Patrick Raymond McKeel III has been located and is safe.
