The fire was at McKeesport Auto Body on the 600 block of Rebecca Street. Juanita Findrick, the owner of Elbow Room, said it was around 5:30 p.m. when she heard what sounded like an explosion.

"That's when the lights all went out and we saw the power lines on fire," Findrick said.

Emergency management confirmed high-tension wires fell onto the building before the fire broke out.

According to crews, water pressure was a significant issue. KDKA's Royce Jones saw tankers from all over the Mon Valley and Westmoreland County hauling water to the scene.

The fire burned uncontrollably for several hours. At least one firefighter was transported to a local hospital.
