McKeesport Police Searching For Missing Man, Considered Endangered

MCKEESPORT (KDKA) -- McKeesport Police are searching for 40-year-old Charles Devon Surratt.

He was last seen Thursday, July 25 at approximately 7:00 a.m.

He is described at a black male, 5'10" with a mustache.

According to police, Surratt suffers from severe mental issues and is considered to be endangered.
