4 Injured In 5-Vehicle Crash On McKees Rocks Bridge

MCKEES ROCKS (KDKA) -- Four people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash in McKees Rocks on Friday night.

It happened just before 9 p.m. on the McKees Rocks Bridge near the McKees Rocks and Stowe Township border.

Allegheny County Police say five vehicles were involved in the crash.

A total of nine people were in those five vehicles.

Two people were sent to a local hospital in critical condition, and two others were transported in serious condition.

Emergency dispatchers confirm the bridge was closed on both sides. It re-opened around 2:30 a.m.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
