PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - A developer is a step closer to demolishing three buildings on Market Street downtown.
The Troiani Group wants to tear down the former Froggy's restaurant and two other buildings that are condemned.
The Post-Gazette reports an appeals court vacated a lower-court ruling against the demolition plan.
