Man Wanted For Sex Crimes Involving Children In Custody

WASHINGTON, Pa. (KDKA) -- A man who was wanted in Washington, Pa., for sex crimes involving children is in custody.

City of Washington police said Thursday that Mark "Doc" Kisner was in custody.

According to online documents, Kisner was accused of indecent assault of a child and child luring in August of 2015.

He was also accused of indecent assault of a person under the age of 13. That incident happened in July 2013.
