Man Opens Fire At Ex-Girlfriend's House, One Killed

NEW CASTLE (KDKA) -- Police are investigating after two people were shot early this morning in New Castle.

It happened around 4 a.m. on East Meyer Avenue in the North Hill neighborhood.

Police are searching for 32-year-old JuJuan Jackson in connection with the shooting. There is an outstanding warrant out for his arrest on attempted homicide charges and police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.

A man and woman were wounded when shots came through a window.

The man, identified as 21-year-old Lloyd Johnson, was struck in the chest and rushed to the hospital in critical condition. He was pronounced dead just before 10 a.m.

The woman was taken to the hospital by a personal vehicle. She was grazed in the hand.
