Man Shot, Injured In Allentown Home

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Pittsburgh Police are investigating after a man was shot in his own home Monday morning.

According to police, the incident happened in Allentown near the intersection of Allen Street and Ceres Way around 6:45 a.m.

The 41-year-old victim told police someone entered the home and shot him in his living room.

The victim was taken to UPMC Mercy Hospital and was last listed in stable condition.

No other details have been released at this time.
