Bystander Streams Disturbing Video Of Men Overdosing At Ohio McDonald's

SANDUSKY (KDKA) -- A man live-streamed a disturbing scene outside a McDonald's in Sandusky, Ohio.

Eddie Wimbley kept his camera rolling as he noticed two men passed out, one laying on the ground, another upright in the vehicle. He is heard yelling for someone to call 911.

Several people stop and attempt to help before medics arrive. Emergency responders reportedly said if they had arrived 10 minutes later, it would be too late.

The video has been viewed more than 80,000 times.

Sandusky Police Chief John Orzech posted a rant on Facebook about the drug problem in his city.

"Sandusky Fire Department has administered Narcan over 170 times this year, up from 80 last year. Loved ones are dying because of this horrendous epidemic."
