Man Killed In Uniontown Shooting, Police Investigating

UNIONTOWN (KDKA) -- Police are investigating after a man was shot and killed during a fight at a restaurant in North Union Township.

Billy D. James, 35, of Uniontown, was shot and killed during a fight that broke out at the Double Vision Bar and Grille in North Union Township around 1:40 a.m. Saturday.

According to a police report, a fight broke out inside the restaurant and then moved outside to the parking lot where James was shot. He was pronounced dead at Uniontown Hospital.

Possible suspects fled the scene. Pennsylvania State Police are currently investigating with assistance by the Uniontown City Police Department and Fayette County District Attorney's Office.
