1 Person In Custody After Shots Fired In Mars Home

MARS, Pa. (KDKA) -- One person is in custody after a domestic situation in Butler County.

According to emergency dispatcher, the incident involved a man threatening to harm himself.

They say it started just after 6:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of Mars-Evans City Road in Adams Township.

Police say a shot was fired into the ground, but no injures were reported.

Numerous law enforcement officials were called to the home.

The investigation is ongoing.
