Man dies after shooting in West Mifflin
WEST MIFFLIN (KDKA) — Allegheny County police are investigating a deadly shooting in West Mifflin.
According to police, just before 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, they were notified of a shooting in the 900 block of B Drive.
Once officers arrived, they found a man shot in the head. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition but later died. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as 27-year-old Javelle Smith.
Allegheny County detectives are investigating.
