Man Dies After Falling From Downtown Parking Garage

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A man died Sunday night after falling from a downtown Pittsburgh parking garage.

It happened around 5:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Stanwix Street.

Officials say Joseph Bartlebaugh, 49, of Blairsville, fell from the parking garage. Sources tell KDKA he may have been on the seventh floor.

He was taken to UPMC Mercy Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

The parking garage remained open and it's not clear who Bartlebaugh was traveling with, if anyone.
