80-Year-Old Man Dies In Greene County Residence Fire

GREENE COUNTY (KDKA) -- One person is dead following a fatal house fire in Greene County.

The Pennsylvania State Police announced Thursday that an 80-year-old man was found dead following a fire inside his home on Creek Road in Morgan Township.

The coroner said the fire happened approximately at 1:36 p.m. and the man's time of death was 4:06 p.m.

He was identified as Thomas H. Shaneyfelt.

The investigation into the fires continues.
