Man Charged In Monroeville Shooting Surrenders To Police

MONROEVILLE (KDKA) -- A man charged in a Monroeville shooting that injured two surrendered to police on Friday.

Brian Hart, 23, is accused of opening fire in the parking lot of the Plaza on the Mall shopping center.

Anthony Smith and Major Rainey, the two victims, were in the same car and drove themselves to the hospital after the shooting. Smith was shot in the leg; Rainey was grazed near his eye.

Hart is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, seven counts of recklessly endangering another person, and firearms violations.
