Man Carrying 2-Year-Old Hit By Car Near Station Square

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A man carrying a young child was hit by a car near Station Square Saturday night.

Pittsburgh Police say the man was trying to cross the street near the base of the Duquesne Incline, when he stepped in front of a car.

The 2-year-old was treated at Children's Hospital for cuts and bruises.

The man was taken to UPMC Mercy Hospital with shoulder and facial injuries.
