Man Barricades Self In RV In Penn Twp.
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Emergency dispatch officials said a man was barricaded inside an RV outside of a Penn Township home for several hours.
The incident started sometime around 5:51 p.m. at a home in the 330-block of Hemlock Street and ended around 9 p.m.
Penn Township, Manor and Trafford police were all on the scene.
No other people were believed to be inside the vehicle.
