Man Arrested For Indecent Assault At Fayette Co. Restaurant

SOUTH UNION TOWNSHIP (KDKA)- Pennsylvania State Police have arrested a Fayette County man for indecent assault at a restaurant.

Police say Kevin Parnell, 27, of Lemont Furnace, was at Sonny's Restaurant in South Union Township on Sunday around 6:30 p.m.

Troopers spoke to two waitresses at the restaurant, who say Parnell unlawfully touched them while inside the restaurant.

Police took Parnell into custody on charges of indecent assault and public drunkenness.

On the way to the police station, troopers say Parnell became increasingly belligerent and even spit on one of the troopers.

Additional charges of aggravated assault and resisting arrest were added to Parnell's docket.

He is now being held in the Fayette County Jail.
