Man Arrested For Exposing Himself At North Hills Target

ROSS TOWNSHIP (KDKA) - A man is in custody for exposing himself at Target.

According to police, Timothy Schaffer was in his car in the parking lot of the Target in Ross Township when he fully exposed himself to a woman.

She was returning to her car that was parked next to his.

Schaffer denied ever doing this before but police say it's likely it wasn't the first time.
