Man Arrested, $30,000 Worth Of Drugs Seized In Washington Co.

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – One person was arrested and $30,000 worth of drugs was confiscated in Washington County.

Police say Robert W. Scott was arrested by the Washington County District Attorney's Drug Task Force.

Scott was arrested during a traffic stop.

Police say while conducting the traffic stop, they found more than 65 bricks of heroin worth more than $30,000, in addition to other drugs and drug packing material.

Police say Scott was taking the drugs to the Cecil Township/McDonald area.

Scott is currently in the Washington County Jail on multiple charges.
