Man And Woman Arrested For Allegedly Using Drugs In Car With Children Inside

PENN HILLS, Pa. (KDKA) -- Penn Hills Police arrested a man and woman for allegedly using drugs in a car while two children were inside the vehicle.
Police say the two were arrested Tuesday in Penn Hills along Saltsburg Road.
First responders took the children, an 8 year old and 6 month old, to UPMC Children's Hospital to be evaluated.
