GROVE CITY, Pa. (KDKA) – A man is accused of raping a local college student.

Alex Masciarelli is facing charges after a 21-year-old woman says he had sex with her at an off-campus apartment near Grove City College last month.

She says she was intoxicated and was unaware of what was happening.
