Man Accused Of Attempting To Lure Girl Outside South Hills Village Mall

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Bethel Park Police have arrested a man accused of attempting to lure a child Wednesday afternoon.

Officers say Bobby Dean Willard, 29, drove past a juvenile female sitting outside of a Macy's at South Hills Village Mall.

She called her parents to say the man was making her uncomfortable, and when she walked away from the mall, he followed her and asked her to get in the car and "have some fun".

The female's parents called police who identified Willard as the driver, and charged him with felony level Stalking, Criminal Attempt, Luring Child into a Motor Vehicle (attempt), Corruption of Minors and other misdemeanor offenses.

Willard is currently lodged in the Allegheny County Jail with a bond of $250,000.
