Westmoreland County Man Facing Charges After Threatening Another Man With A Weed Whacker

LOYALHANNA TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A Loyalhanna man is facing charges after he allegedly threatened another man with a weed whacker.

According to police, 35-year-old Joshua Maloney stopped his lawnmower, blocking a 73-year-old man's movement. He then swung a running weed whacker at the man.

Maloney then proceeded to threaten to "beat the man up" and again threatened to hit him with the weed whacker.

He is facing charges of terroristic threats.
