Fifth Judicial District of Pennsylvania Puts Evictions On Hold Through End Of Year

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The Fifth Judicial District of Pennsylvania is putting evictions on hold through the end of the year.
In a ruling on Friday, the court says it recognizes that rent assistance through the CARES Rent Relief Program is available to tenants and landlords in Allegheny County.
The court system says it will also follow a recent CDC order to temporarily halt most evictions.
