Local CEO Accused Of Fraud Involving Grant Requests

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A local CEO is accused of fraud.

Police said a number of companies hired Joseph Kuklis of Wellington Strategies to write grant requests to the state.

Each company said Kuklis told them they were approved for the grants, but the money never came.

Police said Kuklis accepted the companies' payments but never filed the grant requests.
