Liquor Control Board To Hold Special Bourbon Release Lottery

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is holding a lottery for a rare type of bourbon.

A total of 24 bottles of Four Roses Small Batch Limited Edition 2015 bourbon will be available for $100 apiece.

The special batch commemorates the retirement of a master distiller.
