Lawsuit Seeks To Allow People Under 21 To Get License To Carry Firearm

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - A woman from Verona is among three others that are challenging a Pennsylvania gun law.

According to their lawsuit, statutes requiring a person to be 21-years-old to get a license to carry a firearm are "unconstitutional under the 2nd and 14th amendments."

Those involved with the lawsuit are gun owners under 21-years-old.

They also seek to be able to legally transport guns.
