Lawyer: Most charges dropped against man accused of assaulting PPS police officers
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A man accused of assaulting Pittsburgh Public School police officers was in court on Monday.
Kevin McSwiggen's attorney tells KDKA that an agreement has been reached for his client and that the majority of the charges were dropped.
It's unclear what charges McSwiggen still faces.
The alleged assault happened when McSwiggen went to the district's administration building and asked to speak with the superintendent.
