The crash happened around 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 7 in the 4000 block of Strasburg Road in Salisbury Township, state police said. Police said the crash happened when a Dodge Caravan heading east down the road hit the rear of the horse and buggy, which was being driven by a 65-year-old woman.
