Klavon's Ice Cream Parlor Welcomes 2020 With 1920s Prices

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- 2020 is here and to celebrate, Klavon's Ice Cream Parlor in the Strip District is throwing it back.
All the way back to the 1920s!
For two days, Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3, their prices will reflect the pricing of ice cream in the 1920s.
An ice cream cone will cost a penny, a sundae will cost a nickel, and for just ten cents, customers can get a banana split.
