Man Accused Of Injuring 2 Pittsburgh Police Officers During Downtown Riots Sentenced

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - A man who threw concrete and a pipe at Pittsburgh Police will be spending more than three years in prison.

A federal judge sentenced Andrew Augustyniak-Duncan of Scott Township to 41 months in prison.

Duncan had been accused of injuring two Pittsburgh Police officers during the downtown riot on May 30 of last year.
