Jeannette Bank Robbed After Suspect Demands Cash With Note

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police are looking for the person who robbed a Jeannette bank Thursday afternoon.

It happened around 12:30 p.m. at the Huntingdon Bank on Clay Avenue.

Police say the suspect passed a note to one of the tellers demanding cash. It's unclear how much cash they got away with.

He is described as a white male in his late 20s or early 30s, about five-foot-eight with a medium to stocky build. He was wearing a gray Steelers hoodie and jeans.

Police say the suspect never showed a weapon and no one was hurt.

The suspect was seen leaving the bank on foot, but possibly got into a silver or light-colored small SUV.

Anyone with information is asked to call Jeannette police at 724-527-4013.
