Insulation Issue Leads To Smoking Manhole Along 5th Avenue In Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Duquesne Light says an insulation failure led to smoke rising from a manhole in Pittsburgh.
Smoke was seen rising from a manhole along Fifth Avenue near PPG Paints Arena.
The company says besides the smoke, the failure had minimal impact and didn't affect service.
