Woman Charged With Arson After Fire At Indiana County Home

INDIANA COUNTY, Pa. (KDKA) -- A fire at a home and garage in Indiana County was ruled as arson, and a woman is facing charges.
The fire happened Friday on Starford Road in Green Township.
Amanda Elliott is in custody and facing charges.
