Homes Damaged By Fires In Connellsville, Buffington

CONNELLSVILLE (KDKA) -- Firefighters were busy battling two separate fires this morning in Fayette County.

In Buffington, a home on 4th Street sustained extensive damage by the flames.

There was heavy smoke pouring out of home when firefighters arrived on the scene.

Meanwhile, in Connellsville, crews battled a fire on Bellvue Road.

Part of the home was burned.

There's no word yet on what sparked either fire.
