Hines Ward: Snoop Dogg Would Be A Great NFL Commissioner

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Hines Ward is speaking out for rapper Snoop Dogg.

In a video captured by TMZ, the former Steelers player praised Snoop Dogg, saying that he's the number one Steelers' fan.

"Snoop would be a great commissioner for the NFL. He keeps it real, he'd keep the fan base excited," Ward said.

He also praised the Snoop Youth Football League, a program working to provide inner-city children the opportunity to participate in football.

"If you're a kid, you want to be a part of Snoop Dogg's league, I wish I was able to play in Snoop Dogg's league," Ward said.

Before the end of the video, Ward flashes a Super Bowl ring for the camera.
